Brock Danner

Brock Danner studied architecture and design at Syracuse University, received his Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey School of Architecture at NJIT, and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University. Prior to founding Design Made, he worked as Director of Design Strategy in the Innovation Lab of award-winning advertising agency Arnell, prior to that he held Director positions at Saatchi & Saatchi X and Jack Morton Design. Brock began his career in architecture working with internationally renowned architect Peter Eisenman, as well as the award-winning firms of Resolution:4 Architecture and Gary Shoemaker Architects.
Brock has become a sought-after leader in consumer experience design with a proven track record of continually creating ground-breaking and highly successful consumer experiences. He was creative lead on numerous high profile projects including the global exhibition experience for Samsung, the redesign of Walmart stores and customer experience, brand and experience creation of LG’s Life’s Good Studio, design of the award-winning broadcast set for Anderson Cooper, the redesign of McDonald’s stores, and many others. Since forming Design Made he has created and redesigned numerous brands.
He was an adjunct professor at the NJ School of Architecture, his work has won numerous design awards, and he has been a contributing writer for numerous books on design.
Brock is a licensed architect in the states of New York, Massachusetts, and Alaska.
Thanh Froix is an accomplished and result driven executive with more than 15 years of experience in strategy, organizational change, transformation, product management, and process improvement in financial services, consumer packaged goods and most recently healthcare industries. Ms. Froix has proven track record of guiding and partnering with executives on complex strategy development and driving change through strategic initiatives.
She brings deep expertise in strategy and business optimization leveraging data analytics, qualitative research, and industry insights to identify issues, shape understanding, translate complex concepts into consumable information, develop tactics to increase revenue, improve processes, and enhance employee and customer experience.
Prior to joining Design-Made, Ms. Froix was a Senior Vice President at Bank of Hawaii and in her 10 years at the bank, she led projects in strategy for the organization, product management in the retail deposit and credit card space, and transformation in the branch, operations, and HR departments. Her work included leading the organization’s 3-5 year strategy development, launching the bank’s de novo credit card business, revamping of the deposit product business, optimizing the branch network, transforming the physical branch layout and its associated programs, transforming the HR organization, developing organization’s workforce planning strategy, building the organization’s succession planning strategy and tool, and elevating the employee and customer experience through enhanced programming, optimized processes and change management.
Before her tenure at Bank of Hawaii, Ms. Froix worked at Procter & Gamble (P&G), responsible for its strategy development and market research for the Gillette male grooming product businesses. Prior to P&G, Ms. Froix has worked at AIG Consumer Finance Group, Inc. (CFG) to lead the launch of its consumer finance business in Vietnam, at Bridgewater Associates, a multi-strategy hedge fund, and at Blackrock, formerly known as Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Ms. Froix holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s The Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business and graduated magma cum laude with a B.A. from Amherst College.
