After the onset of the pandemic and people were locked in doors, EECU asked us to develop a video program that would provide simple how-to instructions on using their banking tools. As members shifted their banking to digital services there were obviously many who were unfamiliar with the tools and needed some guidance.
We started by developed a name for the program, a short animated lead-in, and developed a template based on the client’s direction. Then we began to build the videos, seeking to simplify the instructions in a few easy-to-follow steps and to bring some whimsical fun into the videos. We also designed how the videos would be presented on their website and developed a graphic system for the visual presentation of the videos.
